Bake 49, a takeway bakery is hiring a bakery assistant / sandwich maker Previous experience with sandwich making or making bagels and other types of bread doughs is great asset. Duties include - Portioning ingredients - Mixing, shaping, proofing and baking various type of baked goods (experience with Bagels is great plus) - Prep ingredients for breads / sandwiches -make various sandwiches - Keep track of inventories - Keeping your working environment / work area clean - Jumping in to help where ever needed - Completing daily task lists - Keeping your cool in a busy environment Must be able to work Tue-Sat. Early Morning start Wage depends on previous experience and skill level.
