Position Sales & Business Development BD Responsibilities Develop and acquire new restaurant / merchant partners. Create sales opportunities through social networks, local connections, and platform resources, including in-person visits, social media, cold calls, and email outreach. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing merchant partners. Track all sales activities and report them to the Sales Director. Requirements Strong market development and execution abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong self-confidence. Familiarity with marketing concepts, processes, and promotion channels. Relevant work experience is preferred. Having your own car is a plus, as the role involves travel during working hours. Fluent English communication skills are required; additional languages are a strong advantage. Experience in food delivery, payment services, suppliers, or O2O sales/marketing is highly preferred. Compensation We offer a stable base salary + high performance bonus + commission sharing. The structure is flexible and performance-driven — the more you achieve, the more you earn.
