The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.Key Responsibilities:•Plan and develop menus in line with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.•Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.•Oversee kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating.•Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.•Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.•Monitor inventory levels and order food and supplies as needed.•Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.•Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.Qualifications:•Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.•Proven experience as a Chef or Head Cook.•Strong leadership and organizational skills.•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.•Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.•Food Safe certification (or local equivalent) required.At least 3 years of experience as chef and managing kitchen이력서 보내주시면 검토후 연락드리겠습니다감사합니다van_canada@yahoo.com
